CS Buddy 2024/2025

CS Buddy is an annual program organized by the Computer Science Society of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and designed to bring seniors and juniors together, build friendships and share experiences. With some brand new feats, such as Bucket List Bingo, a fun challenge where groups of seniors and juniors collaborate to complete a 3x3 grid of tasks like enjoying sports together, celebrating a birthday in buddy group, or attending workshops, with rewards of groups that complete all nine tasks to boost teamwork and engagement.

Throughout the year, the program offers ongoing team-building activities, social events, and mentorship opportunities that strengthen senior-junior bonding, promote interaction, and foster enduring relationships. Whether you’re a junior seeking guidance or a senior eager to share experiences, CS Buddy creates a supportive environment for collaboration and personal growth.

As a continuous effort, CS Buddy Program brings together approximately 27 groups made up of over 90 juniors and seniors this academic session 2024/2025, making it a truly memorable and impactful experience for everyone involved. This ongoing initiative remains a cornerstone of the USM Computer Science community, fostering connections that endure for years to come.
